What is The Zone?

The Zone is a lounge for student well-being designed to promote healthy, balanced living to UCSD students. The Zone offers free programs such as yoga, fitness classes, healthy cooking demos, therapy dog de-stress events, and much more! Read all about The Zone here

Why Should I Visit The Zone?

Stop by The Zone for seriously fun stress-relief and to learn new ways to live a healthy lifestyle! Enjoy one of our programs, drop in for a cup of tea or water on the go, take a nap on our giant bean bags, or just hang out and catch up with your friends. 

Who Does The Zone work with?

The Zone also serves as a resource center for the Student Health and Well-Being cluster. Stop by to learn more about all the offerings available to you at Counseling and Psychological Services, Student Health Services, and Health Promotion Services. 

Where Is The Zone located?

The Zone is located in Price Center Plaza, between Jamba Juice and The Box Office. 

When Is The Zone Open?

The Zone is open Monday-Thursday from 9:30am-6pm, and Fridays from 9:30am-5pm during the academic year. The Zone is closed during the summer.

How much does it cost to attend The Zone's programs?

NOTHING! Everything at The Zone is free for UCSD students. 

Do I have to sign up for programs in advance?

You do not need to sign uo for programs in advance, however, space is limited so arrive early to ensure that you get a spot. 

How do I get involved with The Zone?
