Research has also shown that participating in regular physical activity helps reduce stress and depression, and can also boost your self-esteem.

Personal Wellness Program
Register at Recreation for the Personal Wellness Program. This is a FREE program offered to current students. Eight weeks of small group sessions, with each week dedicated to a different topic/workout (offered Fall, Winter and Spring only).
