The concepts of health and well-being are holistic in nature and involve all aspects of the individual. Well-being encompasses the Physical, Emotional, Social, Spiritual, Intellectual, Financial and Occupational dimensions of a person. All of these dimensions are inter-connected. Taking care of one particular dimension (or not) impacts a person's overall health and well-being.

The Zone 

cooking FREE! The Health, Recreation, and Well-being Cluster includes Student Health ServicesCampus Advocacy, Resources, and Education at the Sexual Assault Resource Center,Counseling and Psychological Services, and Recreation. Together they offer free workshops and classes at The Zone in the Price Center.

leadershipHealth, Recreation & Well-being Leadership Award Program

The Health, Recreation & Well-being Leadership Award Programprovides students with the tools to review and assess their personal well-being. The program also informs students about campus resources to support their journey towards optimal well-being.
