Our FREE fitness assessments measure a person's level of fitness compared to others in the same age group.
Special equipment and exercises are used to measure blood pressure, heart rate, percent body fat, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, abdominal strength, and upper body strength.
Offered Weeks 2 through 10 of Fall, Winter, and Spring Quarters at RIMAC (near the locker rooms)
Tuesdays from 7:00PM - 9:00PM
Wednesdays from 7:00PM - 9:00PM
