PROJECT WELLNESS: Entry Guidelines


Video Contest Deadline

To be eligible for winning one of the prizes, you must enter your video by Friday, October 16th, 2009 at 4:00pm.

 

Recommended Video Specifications

  • Video Format: H.264, MPEG-2 or MPEG-4
  • Aspect Ratio: Native aspect ratio without letterboxing
  • Resolution: 640x480
  • Audio Format: MP3 or AAC preferred
  • Frames per second: 30
  • Maximum file size: 1 GB

 

Submitting Your Video

You can enter your video through YouTube or by mailing a CD of your video to the Office of Student Wellness. Make sure to include your Name, PID number, and email address when you email/mail your video.
