
Being a student leader and pursuing optimal health can be tricky, but it is possible! The key to your success as a student is balance. It is important to take care of your well-being (get 7-9 hours of sleep per night, take time to reflect and relax, manage stress, exercise, etc...) so that you will be healthy enough to host events, run meetings, study effectively, help others, and make the most of your time as a college student.
