Student Health Service Purpose: To promote and preserve the health and well-being of all registered students so that they may pursue their academic goals.

Health Education Mission Statement: To identify, establish and promote activities that contribute to a healthy campus. FITstop - A Physical Fitness Assessment

The FITstop assessment measures your level of fitness compared to others in your age group. The four specific categories measured are: cardiovascular health; muscular strength and endurance; body weight and composition; and flexibility. We use equipment and exercises to measure your blood pressure, heart rate, percent of body fat, flexibility, cardiovascular health, endurance, abdominal strength and upper body strength.
